Kirstyn Done a Bad Bad Thing

I had a day off on Saturday. I woke up late, and then couldn't find Jay (yes, J, I spell it differently now :P). Then we had to wait ages & fight people for a cab to Middletown. It was a portent. I should have known it was going to end badly.

We eventually got to Middletown Mall, which is in New York. Melissa & I went and had lunch at the BEST PLACE ON EARTH!!! A diner called Johnny Rocket's. It was sweet as! We ordered a side of fries and we got a little cardboard saucer each and the little old waitress (who had to be knockin' on 80) squirted ketchup smiley faces into them. The saucers had written on them: We hope you're smiling, too! It was so cool. And it was all old style American diner. And the waiters all wore those funny little hats. And they had mini jukeboxes at each table and when Respect by Aretha Franklin came on the little old waitress got up and sang and danced, and said things like "Break it down now" and towards the end she started singing "The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire!" It was awesome.

After that we went to see Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix. It was FREAKIN' GREAT!!!! Oh, so good. I loved it. Was awesome.
Then the badness happened. I won't go into huge details (except that I found Invader Zim shoelaces & a GIR tshirt!). But by the end of the day I'd spent more than $220. OH - EM - GEEE! Yeah. $220 American dollars. I was like holy shizit. But, I like what I bought so whoot! I have the best watch now. It's freakin' sweet. My other one broke.

Anyways, that's about it. There's like 10 days of camp left. Tomorrow we're going to Mountain Creek, it's a water park. Should be bloody good. Hopefully.

Dying for a sleep-in. First night out of camp I'm sleeping til 2pm. Swear to god.
